Kayaking and Paddleboarding

Siesta Key residents know where to come for the best kayaking in the Sarasota area.  Turtle Beach Park is right next to your condo unit and there you can rent kayak or paddle boards.  This area is ideal for anyone interested in exploring the Jim Neville Marine Preserve, venturing around the mangrove islands, or beaching it at Palmer Point Beach Park, a secluded public beach accessible by boat or kayak.  Dolphins and manatees can be observed around the mangrove islands. There is also a large amount of migrating birds.

Fishing

Fishing is phenomenal at Fisherman's Cove on Turtle Beach.  Not only is there free boat docks directly outside your condo, you have fishing on both sides of the condo. At the front of the condo you will have access to bayside fishing docks where you can catch snook, sheepshead, black drum, and mangrove snapper. In back of the condo, you can walk directly out the Lanai and fish directly on the beach in the Gulf of Mexico. There you can catch redfish, pompano, whiting, snook, flounder, sheepshead, and black drum. Contact me directly for fishing tips before your stay.
